The guesthouse is a solitary building on the estate with its own small terrace and a parking lot just next to it.
It is a 30m2 house with 2 rooms and a bath. A bedroom with a double bed, a livingroom with a kitchen and a sofabed (2 persons). Possibilities for an extra-bed. Maximum number of beds is 5.
Equipment:
The bath contains a dressing room, shower, sink and a biological toilet (Mulltoa). The kitchen is equipped for 5 people including a waterboiler, coffee maker, sink, small stove and a refrigerator. Hot and cold water from gardenwell in bath and kitchen, fresh water is supplied in canisters. Unfoldable
kitchen table with seats for 6 people, bedsofa in front of large panorama-window and an open stove. Additional electrical heating. Garden furniture with a parasol and grill.
Smoking and animals are only allowed outside the house.

in Svartå (3km away)
Laxå or Degerfors

It is your choice if you like to leave the house as you found it, or if you prefer us to take care of the cleaning. We are also happy to provide sheets and towels for you, but you are welcome to bring your own!
The guesthouse has a separate electricity meter, so that you can regulate the consumption during your stay.
